Where We Ship

We currently ship within the UK only (mainland UK only). If you’re unsure whether we deliver to your area, feel free to email us at contact@chaoticpurrs.com before placing your order.

Order Times

Orders are typically sent to our suppliers for fulfilment within 24–72 hours of purchase. You may receive your tracking number shortly after, or once the supplier confirms shipment.

Please note: weekends and public holidays may affect dispatch times slightly, depending on your item's fulfilment partner — but we’ll always aim to keep things moving as quickly as possible!

Estimated Delivery Time

We ship products from several different global suppliers, so delivery times can vary slightly depending on your location and the specific item. Most orders arrive within 3-10 business days. You'll receive tracking updates as soon as your order has been shipped!

Multiple Packages

If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on which supplier they come from. This helps get your items to you faster, and allows us to offer such a wide range of fun cat products!

Tracking Your Order

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your item has shipped. If tracking hasn’t updated after a few days, feel free to reach out — we’re happy to help.

Delays or Lost Packages

While rare, delivery delays can happen due to customs, weather, or high-volume periods. If your order hasn’t arrived after 25 business days, please email us and we’ll investigate or arrange a replacement wherever possible.

Wrong Address?

Please check your shipping details carefully before confirming your order. If you've made a mistake, contact us as soon as possible — we’ll do our best to fix it before your item is sent for fulfilment, but we can’t guarantee changes after the order has been processed.
